Sedulang: Journal of Language, Literature, Culture, and Their Teaching is a scholarly journal published by the Bachelor Program of Indonesian Language Education, Universitas Bangka Belitung, as a platform for the publication and dissemination of research findings, conceptual studies, literature reviews, and best practices in the fields of language education, literature, culture, and their teaching.
The name "Sedulang" is derived from one of the local wisdom traditions of the Bangka Belitung community, symbolizing the values of togetherness, mutual cooperation, and the spirit of sharing. In line with this philosophy, the journal serves as an academic forum that brings together ideas, research findings, and innovations from scholars, researchers, teachers, students, education practitioners, and language, literature, and culture enthusiasts to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and the improvement of educational practices.
Sedulang publishes scholarly articles covering a broad range of topics, including Indonesian language education, linguistics, Indonesian and regional literature, local and national culture, language and literature teaching, literacy studies, curriculum development, instructional media and educational technology, multicultural education, local wisdom, and contemporary issues relevant to the development of education and culture at the local, national, and global levels.
